The Spats are made out of a sturdy "raincoat" - fabric in shimmering red! The black lace and black and white striped ruffles add a little steampunky attitude, and of course the red and black buttons for closing.

Will fit from size 6 to 7 and are wide cut, so they will fit snuggly over jeans, boots, etc.
